It brings 8 total network ports, laid out as 4xGigabit EthernetPoE+,RJ-45 and 4xGigabit EthernetRJ-45, topping out at Gigabit (1GbE) per port. On top of that, it has a fixed-port design that keeps configuration simple. Onboard flash storage of 64 (MB) keeps firmware and config backups local to the switch. With PoE+ on board, APs, cameras and VoIP phones can draw power directly from the switch instead of separate injectors. Layer 3 routing handles inter-VLAN traffic and static or dynamic routes on the switch itself. It slots into a standard 19-inch rack in a 1U footprint, without any special hardware, runs on ac input power, and follows standard front-to-back airflow for predictable cooling.
