GotoDirect is constantly striving to improve their customer's shopping experience. Certain things, though, are beyond our control, and things can go wrong at any time. To address such situations, the company has established return policies under which consumers can return products by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization request and consenting to the terms and circumstances outlined below.
Please be aware that the RMA can only be raised within the two days after you received the product.

If the customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, they can do so without incurring any penalties by emailing us with the order reference number or PO number before the goods is shipped. If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a 30% restocking fee is charged.
If the order has already been delivered and received by the customer, we recommend that they do not open it if they have already changed their minds and arrange for the cargo to be returned within the next 10 working days. Please make sure the item is properly packaged (original packaging is preferred), otherwise a 30% restocking fee may be charged.
The returned item, as well as its accessories, packing, and other items that came with it, should be in new, resalable condition (if any). The customer is responsible for returning the order, paying for return shipping, and securing insurance for loss or damage to the product while in transit, or else the customer will be held liable if the products are lost during transit.
If an order is shipped directly by the manufacturer, it will be a non-cancellable and non-returnable order.
Non-Faulty Returns Conditions
If a customer wishes to return a product that doesn't have any flaws and the company agrees to accept it, the client must return it within 10 working days with the company's prior written approval. The item must, however, be new, unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact, and in resalable condition. A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied on all non-faulty items sent back (terms may apply) unless the item supplied by GotoDirect is incorrect. Incorrectly shipped items must be returned in their original condition, otherwise a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Please be aware that it’s important to keep accessories, manuals, software, and warranties enclosed in their original condition and packaging. However, you might have to repackage it the same way as it came originally to send back.
