• New: Brand new, factory-sealed product in original manufacturer packaging with full manufacturer warranty.
• Manufacturer Refurbished: Returned to manufacturer or certified third-party, tested, repaired, and repackaged. May include limited manufacturer warranty.
• Seller Refurbished / Open Box: Inspected, tested, and cleaned by GotoDirect. Functionality guaranteed. May not include original packaging. Covered by GotoDirect return policy.
• Used: Pre-owned product in working condition. Sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Please review product listing carefully.

 

Product Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, GotoDirect does not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, or other content on the Site is error-free, complete, reliable, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any related orders if necessary, with full refund to the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for verifying product compatibility with their existing equipment and systems before purchasing. GotoDirect provides product specifications as a reference guide only and assumes no responsibility for compatibility issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on GotoDirect.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

 

Taxes & Fees

• Sales tax will be charged in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws based on your shipping address.
• Business customers with a valid tax-exempt certificate may submit documentation to sales@gotodirect.com to be considered for tax exemption. Exemption is not automatic and requires prior approval.
• Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Price Matching

4. Order Placement, Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on GotoDirect.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. GotoDirect reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

 

Order Verification

We may require additional verification before processing certain orders, including but not limited to:

• Orders shipping to addresses that differ from the billing address

Order Cancellation

5. Shipping & Delivery

GotoDirect ships to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are presented at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight / Next Business Day (order must be placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days)
• Freight Shipping (for oversized or bulk orders — quote provided separately)

 

International Shipping

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country. GotoDirect is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges. Some products may be restricted from export due to U.S. export control laws and regulations (EAR/ITAR).

 

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. GotoDirect is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused by the carrier. Shipping insurance is available upon request and at additional cost.

 

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

6. Return Policy & Refunds

Return Eligibility Window

• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused with original tags attached.
• Exchanges can be requested within 30 days unless noted otherwise.
• A restocking fee of 20-25% or a minimum of $25 applies for exchanges due to customer error.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the exchanged item.

Return Conditions

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from GotoDirect before returning any product. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

• Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where applicable.

• Products showing physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or signs of misuse are not eligible for return.

• Software, downloadable products, and items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return.

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. GotoDirect reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund where appropriate.

Warranty terms vary by product condition and manufacturer. GotoDirect acts as a reseller and passes through applicable manufacturer warranties where available.

 

• New Products: Covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise noted.
• Manufacturer Refurbished Products: Include manufacturer or third-party certifier limited warranty, typically 30 days to 1 Month. See product listing for specific terms.
• Seller Refurbished / Open Box Products: Covered by Goto Direct Inc. 30-day limited warranty for defects in functionality. Physical damage is excluded.
• Used / As-Is Products: Sold without warranty unless explicitly stated in the product listing. GotoDirect guarantees DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement within 7 days of delivery.

 

Warranties do not cover: physical damage caused by the user, unauthorized modifications or repairs, use of incompatible components, acts of nature (power surges, flooding, etc.), or damage resulting from improper installation.

 

To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@gotodirect.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the defect. GotoDirect will provide instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Goto Direct Inc. TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GOTODIRECT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
