It has enough headroom for some virtualization or NAS traffic on the same switch too. Wiring is handled by 55 total network ports, laid out as 48xGigabit EthernetPoE+,RJ-45 and 4xGigabit EthernetSFP (mini-GBIC),Uplink and 2xExpansion Module and 1xStacking Module, topping out at Gigabit (1GbE) per port. It also adds SFP (mini-GBIC),Stacking Module,Expansion Module expansion for uplinks and stacking so multiple units run as one logical switch. A built-in 1 (GB) of flash storage holds firmware images and config backups on the switch itself. PoE+ support means powered endpoints - APs, cameras, phones - plug straight into the switch without extra adapters. Layer 3 routing handles inter-VLAN traffic and static or dynamic routes on the switch itself.
