Port-wise, it offers 12 total network ports, laid out as 8xFast EthernetPoE+,RJ-45 and 2xGigabit EthernetRJ-45,Uplink and 2xGigabit EthernetSFP (mini-GBIC),Uplink, topping out at Gigabit (1GbE) per port. It also adds SFP (mini-GBIC) expansion for uplinks. Configuration persists in onboard memory through reboots and power cycles, no separate storage needed. PoE+ support means powered endpoints - APs, cameras, phones - plug straight into the switch without extra adapters. Layer 2 operation keeps the design lean - MAC-table forwarding and VLANs, without routing overhead.
